Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of purchase. Upon shipment you will be provided with a confirmation email containing your order’s tracking information.
Estimated shipping times are:
New Zealand: 1-5 business days
Australia: 3-10 business days
International Shipping: 10-20 business days
Please keep in mind that these shipping times are an estimate and can be altered due to unexpected circumstances such as courier delays, customs clearance or peak seasons.
The customer is responsible for making sure that their provided shipping address is correct during check out. Mitsamu is not responsible for products which are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
The customer may be subject to custom duties, tax and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country upon international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns:
At Mitsamu, we take pride in the quality of our products.
As a result, we only accept returns if:
- Your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.
If you believe your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if your claim is approved.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging.
If your return is approved because the product is faulty or we made an error with your order, Mitsamu will cover the cost of the return shipping.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason outside of the conditions listed above.
Refunds:
After we have received and examined the returned product, you will be informed about the status of your return.
In the case of an accepted return, we will proceed with issuing the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable unless the return is due to a faultiness or mistake in your order.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, at the moment Mitsamu does not provide any exchange services.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
In case your order has arrived to you faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 30 days of delivery. Please attatch your order number and pictures of the issue.
